Delicious Desserts That Beginning With a Combine - Butterscotch With Orange Glaze or Strawberry Coconut Pecan

BUTTERSCOTCH CAKE WITH ORANGE GLAZE two pkg (2-layer size) yellow cake mix3 eggs1 cup vegetable oil1 cup water1 pkg (3-oz) butterscotch instant pudding mixOrange glaze; mix below
Preheat stove to 350 degrees.Grease and lightly wheat a bundt pan; set aside.
In mixer container combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, water, and pudding mix; beat at little velocity until moistened.  Beat at moderate velocity 5 minutes.
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pot and fry at 350 degrees for 30 periods or until a wooden toothpick inserted within the center returns out clean.








Make the orange glaze and drizzle over the cake.
Yield: 12 servings.
Orange Glaze:1/4 cup butter, softened1/4 cup orange juice1 1/2 glasses powdered sugar
Blend all the components together to make a thin glaze.  Drizzle over the above cake or use for other cakes, cookies, etc.
STRAWBERRY COCONUT PECAN CAKE two pkg (3-oz) strawberry gelatin1 pkg (2-layer size) simple cake mix3/4 cup canola oil3/4 cup milk4 eggs, separated1 cup  shredded coconut1 cup chopped pecans2 glasses strawberry halves1/4 cup butter, softened1 lb powdered sugar
Preheat stove to 350 degrees.Grease and wheat 3 round cake pans; set aside.
In a huge mixing container stir the gelatin and cake combine together; sum the oil, milk, egg yolks and combine just until moistened.
In a separate bowl, combine the coconut, pecans, and strawberries.  Fold 1/2 this mix into the cake batter.  Reserve the other 1/2 regarding the strawberry mixture.
In a mixer bowl, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry; fold into the batter.  Pour the batter evenly into 3 prepared pans.  Fry at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 periods or until a wooden toothpick inserted within the centers return out clean.  Let to cold in pans on wire rack for just a little periods then remove from pans to the wire racks to cold completely.
In a mixer container cream the margarine until light.  Sum the powdered sugar, mixing until fluffy.  Sum the remaining strawberry mix and combine in well.  Location one layer on cake plate and spread some regarding the frosting over the top.  Top together with the 2nd layer.  Use the remaining frosting to cover the top and sides regarding the cake.
Yield: 12 servings.
