As a busy mom and grandmother, I do not always have time to bake from scratch. When I am pressed for time, I shall reach for a baking packages mix. Yes, I ponder when you make them from scratch, they try better but at times, it's just not feasible to provide 3 hours baking. When I use boxed mixes, I usually sum goodies to it to make it even better. At our house, the more goodies I can load into the batter, the better.
