This ice cream is sure to please and it gets its interesting name from the honey that is a primary ingredient. The Iced Crate Pie is an old mix from 1050s Oklahoma. The name iced crate is a clue to age of this recipe.

BEE CHASERS ICE CREAM This is an old mix from my late mother. 6 eggs1 two or 3 glasses honey2 3 or 4 tbsp vanilla1 or 5 tsp salt2 cans 14-oz each sweetened condensed milkWhole Milk. In a huge bowl, combine together the eggs, honey, vanilla, salt, and sweetened condensed milk; combine well. Pour mix into a two gallon ice cream freezer container. Sum enough whole milk to fill the container.
